Increasingly in higher education and in academic libraries, there is a push to demonstrate library value and impact on student success. The presenters will discuss the barriers they encountered and the solutions they implemented when trying to measure the impact of students’ use of research consultations on academic success. We will discuss the implications for the profession as we go forward in demonstrating our value and impact, and practical takeaways for participants.
